Below you'll find our straightforward refund policy.
Thank you for choosing our company for your financial aid preparation needs. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your services with us. Therefore, we have established the following refund policy:
Prior to Needs Analysis Video Call: If you decide to cancel your services before the Needs Analysis Video Call, we will issue a 100% refund of any fees paid.
Post Needs Analysis & Prior to Commencement of Work on File: If you choose to cancel your services after the Needs Analysis Video Call but before we start working on your file, we will issue a 75% refund of any fees paid.
Post Commencement of Work on File: If you cancel your services after we have started working on your file, we will not be able to issue a refund.
Please note that any materials or information already provided to you will remain your property, but we reserve the right to retain any fees paid for work already completed.
